Health insurance is playing an increasing role in helping people obtain chiropractic and medical treatment. We feel that our patients deserve the best possible chiropractic care we can provide. As a courtesy to our patients, we are ready to assist you with any insurance questions you may have. We have a full time billing service in which claims are submitted for you in most cases.

Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We do not guarantee nor do we make representation that your insurance company will pay your claims.

Performance Chiropractic is a network provider for:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• United Health Care (and most affiliates)
• Humana
• PHCS\ Medicare
• Aetna (coming soon)

We also accept most PPO medical insurance carriers and verify all benefits related to services performed in our clinic.
