Structural Management
The Structural Management™ Program is the most advanced sports biomechanics program available today.  Most sports injuries are due, at lease in part, to structural imbalances that can be addressed prior to injury.  The hallmark of this program is the Structural Fingerprint Exam which detects biomechanical ‘irregularities’, followed by a specific treatment program to restore optimal function.

The Structural Management Program is designed to systematically detect and correct biomechanical or architectural imbalances and distortion patterns.  This road map, of sorts, strategically takes the patient through the necessary process to reach maximum biomechanical improvements in a realistic time frame.

In our present, overly reactive healthcare industry, this program encourages a more pro-active approach.  Starting with The Structural Fingerprint™ Exam, it is important to look at each and every patient and their structural uniqueness that truly exists.  No two structures are identical, and the starting point for every patient must begin with their unique biomechanical findings.  Once this information is determined, an effective corrective program can begin.

Foot Exam with Digital Infrared Foot Scan
The foot influences either a balance or imbalance in the entire structure.

Knee Exam (Q-Angle)
The knee is a hinge joint.  An increase in Q-angle has been shown to be the leading cause of knee breakdown.  Foot and hip abnormalities can have a major influence in Q-angle.

Joint & Spinal Range of Motion
Normal joint mobility is critical for minimizing injuries and preserving the health of the joint over it’s life.  All major joints are tested for full and balanced motion.

Core & Leg Muscle Ratio Tests
Muscle ratios of the core and thigh determine the functional stability of the pelvis and major weight-bearing structures.

Leg Length Measurement
Determined on the x-ray, leg length differences can contribute to imbalances throughout the entire body.

Biomechanical X-Rays
This is the most valuable test performed. Biomechanical information seen on these x-rays is the nucleus of every corrective program.
